The prices of the products indicated on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs apply to each order. Their exact amount depends on the country of delivery of your order.
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
Offers and prices are subject to change during the year. The products ordered will be invoiced at the prices in force (that is to say displayed on the site) at the time the order is placed by the buyer.




The Physiosens site allows you to place and validate your order online by paying by credit card. Payment is made directly online by a secure transaction, with the Systempay payment solution, directly with our partner “la Banque Populaire”.
Important: your payment details are exchanged in encrypted mode.
If you prefer not to transmit your credit card number on the Internet, the Physiosens site also allows you to print your order and send it to us by post (in this case you also have the option of attaching a check for the amount of the order ) or by bank transfer.
Finally, you also have the option of ordering directly by phone. You can then pay by credit card.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid by him when ordering.
We ship the goods from the moment it has been paid in full (shipping costs included).




Products in the Physiosens range are only sold to people who have consulted a therapist authorized to advise Physiosens products.
A therapist code is given to clients at the end of the consultation. This code is mandatory in order to place an order on the internet, by mail or by telephone.




Once your order has been validated, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Your package will leave the same day of your order if it is placed before 12 noon (except weekends and public holidays), otherwise, the next day.




In the event of a short-term out of stock, we reserve the right to delay our shipment for a few days, the time to restock.
If the out of stock is of a longer duration, a first package will be immediately dispatched with the available products. Physiosens will ship the other products at its expense upon receipt.
For orders by phone, our advisers will inform you immediately about product availability.

For orders placed by Internet or by mail, you will be informed by email or telephone, depending on the information we have to reach you.


According to article l. 138-1 of the Consumer Code, the delivery of the products will be made no later than 30 days after the order of the order validated by the edition of an invoice on our part.




We ship your orders from Monday to Friday within 24 hours from the invoice date, subject to product availability.
During the weekend and  on public holidays, no shipments are made. 
If we miss one or more products, Physiosens can deliver an order in several times. However, the Buyer will only pay the costs of one delivery.
Our departments do what is necessary to ensure that stock shortages are rare and as short as possible.

Our deliveries in mainland France are made via the so colissimo service, deliveries to overseas territories, abroad, Belgium, Monaco and Andorra are made by Colissimo Suivi.




For each order, a fixed contribution to the shipping costs of 7 euros for delivery in France and 16€ for delivery abroad is requested. By choosing your country of delivery during the validation of your order, the amount of the shipping costs will be updated automatically.
For any order greater than or equal to 55.00 euros and destined for Metropolitan France, Physiosens offers you the shipping costs. This offer is not valid for delivery by appointment. This reduction will be done automatically. For shipments to Switzerland and Europe, shipping costs are free from 100.00 euros of purchase




Description :
As a customer, you have a right of withdrawal in order to return one or more product(s) and to be reimbursed. The following terms and conditions apply to exercise this right:


The conditions of the right of withdrawal:

1) You have 14 days to send us by post or via any other durable medium (email, etc.), your request for withdrawal from receipt of the package. In the event that the 14th day is a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, you benefit from an extension until the first following working day.



a) Product return linked to an error on our part:
Upon receipt of your package, if you notice an error on our part (supporting invoice), let us know by email. After verification and acceptance, we will send you the missing product at our expense.

b) Voluntary product return:
If the items you have ordered do not give you complete satisfaction, for whatever reason, you can return them within 14 working days of their delivery.
If you wish to voluntarily return one or more product(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt, we will refund  the price of the product(s) provided that this Last(s) have(have) not been opened. Returned product(s) must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging(s).

If you tell us that you wish to return your products, we will refund all amounts paid, including shipping costs  at the latest, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
For all refunds, please send us the request by mail or via any other durable medium (email, etc.) by completing and returning the form below.

Upon receipt of your request, your entire order (shipping costs included) will be refunded.

Return delivery costs are to be paid by you.
Transport costs for products weighing more than 30 kg are €29.25 for delivery in mainland France.

In order to improve our quality approach with our customers, we would be grateful if you could provide us with the reasons for the return of your package.

4) You will be reimbursed for your products from the receipt of your package and no later than 14 days from the date on which you made your request for withdrawal. You will then be informed by email that the refund of your order has been made.


Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check the goods.
As all our products are in shipping condition and packaged in such a way as to best protect them from any shocks during postal transport, Physiosens disclaims all liability in the event of breakage during postal transport. No complaint will therefore be accepted concerning the breakage of the bottle on delivery of the package.




Expiry dates and batch numbers are indicated on our products. Each batch is identified in the laboratory, so you can contact us about this, if necessary.



Information and photos present on the site
The products we offer are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Despite all our precautions, inaccuracies, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for such inaccuracies, imprecisions or omissions concerning the information available on the site. The photos are presented for information only, they are not contractual.


The photographs of our products are not contractual and cannot engage the responsibility of Physiosens in the event of errors.
Non-compliance with the postal deadline in the event of force majeure
Our responsibility cannot be retained in the event of delay or breach of our contractual obligations if the delay or breach is due to a cause beyond our control: fortuitous event or case of force majeure as defined by applicable law. (article l.121-19-4 of the Consumer Code) 
We will honor all orders placed on the Website subject to the availability of items.
The parcels that we ship are handed over to the post office and sent by Colissimo. The post office makes every effort to deliver to you within 48 working hours.


Any risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when the latter or a third party designated by him, and other than the carrier proposed by the professional, takes physical possession of these goods. (article l.138-4 of the Consumer Code)

Food supplements
We remind all our customers that Physiosens products are fitness and well-being products and can in no way be considered as medicines.
Physiosens cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience that may arise following use, whether or not in accordance with the advice given on the product packaging.
The products ordered must comply with the legislation in force in the country of consumption. We disclaim all liability in the event of non-compliance with this clause.




Physiosens cannot be held responsible for the deterioration, loss or accidental "hacking" of the data entered and transmitted on our services which may occur despite all the precautions implemented to ensure the confidentiality and security of this data.




We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Each time you order an item from us, the terms and conditions in force on that date will apply to the contract between you and us.
We will notify you of each change we make to these Terms and Conditions. To do so, the appropriate date will be posted at the top of this page.



These general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general conditions of sale.




In order to facilitate delivery, we reserve the right to communicate your telephone number to ColiPoste. If you do not wish it to be transmitted, please let us know.


These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear this dispute.
